Hi, I’m Kara! I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). My passion for mine and my family's health and wellness has grown into a passion for wanting to help you improve your health, wellness and overall happiness. I’ll help you move from feeling tired, sluggish, stressed, unmotivated, lacking direction, and feeling unfulfilled to feeling more alive, energised, motivated, having goals, a plan and a sense of achievement. I help people wanting to see real change in their day to day, by implementing goals to improve their health and wellness through my approach everything in moderation. By focusing on what brings you joy I truly believe this is the key to an overall fulfilled and happy life.

Wanting to try out health coaching and keen to kickstart a healthier lifestyle ASAP? This one-off session might be perfect for you. It will help you identify where you can implement or change daily habits, including setting you up with goals to achieve. You will have access to ask me any questions and receive support via text or email for two weeks following your session.
Health & Wellness Ultimate
Get super clear on the areas you want to improve and why. We will work together one on one to agree on your goals and put a plan in place to start moving towards achieving these goals. You will have access to ask me any questions between sessions and I will provide support to help you as you implement and achieve your goals. This is perfect for those wanting to make long lasting change and or implement new habits, as well as those wanting or needing more one on one support and guidance along the way.
